 This villa situated in Patong and is available for long term rental only. Situated on a very secure Estate, the villa has panoramic views over Patong and the bay.

* The house has uncovered parking for 1 vehicle off the road and the house is accessed from the parking via a small staircase. Entering the house you are met by the spacious open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area with bay windows offering views over the pool and Patong bay. The room is tastefully decorated and furnished with hyacinth and dark wood furniture.

The kitchen is functional and well equipped with Teka appliances. Open doors and ceiling fans negate the need for air-conditioning. The master bedroom is located on this level with ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom is air-conditioned as are both the guest bedrooms. The two guest bedrooms are one level below, providing privacy, on the same level as the pool.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with ensuite bathrooms with showers. The pool is superb with deck chairs, umbrella and sun lounges. Although efforts have been made to cater to almost every need, parents of young children should take note that due to the location and design, a higher than normal level of supervision may be necessary for enthusiastic and adventurous toddlers.
