This is a luxury villa with four bedrooms, a separate lounge, dining room, spacious kitchen and servants’ quarters. The villa has a 10 metre private swimming pool, outdoor master bathroom, pool side sala, and outside bar area.

The main attraction of the villa is its complete privacy. Once you have walked through the main gate and closed it behind you, you begin your holiday of a lifetime.

Accommodation

Thai Villa 4185 is Thai style with contemporary modern interior design. The villa has been designed to combine the function of a modern home with an easy flow between indoor and outdoor, enabling open living. Design influences evoke the light and elegance of traditional Northern Thai architecture with pitched roofs over major living areas. All rooms open on to the pool (10 metres), the centre of the house, via concertina glass and hardwood doors. The villa contains a main living space comprising kitchen, dining room and living room, 3 bedrooms, including a magnificent Master Suite, with pitched ceiling and adjoining air-conditioned spa/massage room, with outside sunken bath. All bedrooms have en suite facilities.

Each booking secures the villa’s facilities and live-in maid. The villa is suitable for 8 guests. There are two single beds and a travel cot available for children.

Dining and Entertainment

A huge central living area, comprising breakfast bar, dining room and living room with pitched ceiling, overlooks the terrace, pool and gardens. The concertina glass doors running the length of this area open directly onto the pool terrace thus creating a special tropical ambience for entertaining.

There are three main areas for eating. A formal dining table in the dining room, next to the kitchen, is popular for dinner parties and family eating. However, the climate in Thailand means that people can also enjoy eating at the 8 seater dining table by the pool. Children love to eat at the breakfast bar or in the sala.

The sala is indeed a popular area to enjoy any meal or snack during the day. It is also a favourite place for massage, reflexology or just to enjoy a good book or magazine! There is a fan and wooden blinds for those moments when you want to escape the sun and relax!

There is a separate outside bar area, with fridge, and seating for 3 persons, overlooking the pool. The villa's maid can organize a barman to assist at any time for those long lazy afternoons and evening soirees! (at extra cost)

The villa is located on a quiet back road, one minute from the entrance to Laguna 5 Star Resort Complex. It is fifteen minutes, by highway, from the airport, enabling weekend trips for the busy executive, without time to spend on long and difficult commutes across Phuket.

An afternoon’s golf is three minutes away at the Banyan Tree golf course, while a day on Bang Tao Bay’s unspoilt 7K beach is four minutes away.  Easily do-able with even the most active and impatient companions!
