This magnificent three bedroom villa has a total area of approximately 400 square metres. It is situated on the hillside in Surin, overlooking the beach with breathtaking views of the Andaman sea. It is built in contemporary style, but enjoys traditional Thai features such as wooden tiling to the roofs and a sala on the pool deck. It is one of several similar villas in a gated area, enjoying good security.

It is built over four different levels, and is surrounded by landscaped gardens. Accommodation comprises three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a huge living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, separate study, garage, and spacious patio and poolside pavilion.

The top floor comprises the huge master suite, complete with bathroom, double sinks with a shower and a large Jacuzzi bath that can be opened out to the elements, and ample wardrobe space. This floor has its own private balcony.

On the next floor down is the main living space. This is a large lounge/dining room with fitted kitchen to one side. There is large-screen satellite TV, and DVD/video players. The full length of this room opens out via patio doors onto the main pool deck comprising outdoor shower, 27 square metre infinity swimming pool and covered sala.

Down one further floor is a large study, and shower room/toilet. The study is equipped with a day bed and computer desk with computer.

On the lowest floor are two double bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms. They each enjoy patio doors opening onto small private balconies, and have ample wardrobe space.

There is a large double garage and outside parking for a further two cars.There is also a laundry room with washer/dryer/ironing facilities.

All balconies and the master bathroom enjoy full sea view, and are close enough to the beach for the waves to be clearly heard. The beach itself is a short five minute walk from the villa, and there are numerous local restaurants and bars. The villa has wireless broadband internet, and safes in each bedroom. The kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan and fridge /freezer. The villa is fully air conditioned, and is provided with a maid service seven mornings per week.
