Property

The site consists of six Villas: A staff house; a snooker house; two main villas and two guest houses. The two main villas and guest houses comprise in total, 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 7 kitchens, 4 living rooms, 4 dining rooms, and offices. There is a large 3-car port and is surrounded by high walls ensuring privacy and security. All of this is set amongst a magnificently manicured landscape of tropical trees, shrubs and plants of indigenous and rare varieties. Having a beach frontage of approximately 90 meters, the entire length is laid to lawn, with ornamental pathways snaking between huge frangipani trees and two largely intact rows of the original coconut plantation.
