Villa 4280 is a luxury villa located south of Kamala bay in Phuket. The villa is located on steep slope facing the scenic view of the Andaman sea. The villa is three stories high comprising of two master bedrooms, two kids rooms, three guest rooms, a swimming pool with fiber optic lighting and sound systems, entertainment room, main hall, living room, dining room, library, elevator, dumbwaiter, Thai Sala, and gymnasium on a total area of approximately 2,500 square meters. The design is combination of Thai architecture blended with modern comforts of today.

Since the villa is situated on a steep slope, the U-shape design maximize the visual scenic beauty, increases air flow and lighting thus minimize energy consumption. Double glazed window has been used for some parts of the villa. The green landscape and trees foliage has been maintained to preserve and improve the vegetation of the terrain.
