Villa 434 is situated over 50 meters above sea level on the top of a secluded peninsula with stunning panoramic views to the West over the Andaman Sea and South over Na Ka Ley and Patong Bay. Indoor areas

The kitchen features a 5.5 meter long bar, perfect for families and casual entertaining. The elegant living area has expansive sea views and can be opened up to maximize on the sea breeze, or fully air-conditioned if it gets too hot. There is a separate home theatre with 96" projection TV, Satellite TV, DVD and Playstation 2. The family room provides yet another space for children to disappear to in the heat of the day and is fully wired for sound.

Outdoor areas

Generous decks surround the 14 metre long salt chlorinated infinity pool overlooking Patong Bay. Glass panels look into the room below. There is also a secluded raised deck to enjoy the spectacular Andaman sunsets, outdoor relaxed seating area with views over the bay and outdoor dining and barbeque space. All outdoor areas feature music speakers.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom - An electric blind gives you the choice of lying in bed and looking up at the stars, or shutting out the sun's morning rays through the giant skylight. A walk-in bathroom, complete with bath and rainshower leads directly off this bedroom, as well as a large walk through closet, satellite TV and music system.

Master bedroom one - A double bedroom with a stunning view of the bay. Also features an ensuite bathroom with a double rain shower and a walk in closet.

Twin bedrooms one and two - Both rooms have twin beds in each, and both have views of the Andaman Sea. The twin rooms have a shared bathroom shared bathroom accessed from the main corridor.

Guest bedroom - A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom complete with bath and separate rainshower. This bedroom enjoys panoramic views of the sea, and has direct access onto the main deck. Satellite TV and a DVD player are available.

All lower level bedrooms have an outside terrace with steps leading into the garden.
